Routers and Switch (USA and India)

		Cisco 2821 Router The Cisco 2821 Integrated Services Router provides the following support: Wire-speed performance for concurrent services such as security and voice , and advanced services to multiple T1/E1/xDSL WAN rates. Enhanced investment protection through increased performance and modularity. Enhanced investment protection through increased modularity and Cisco 3560 Switch. The Cisco Catalyst 3560 Series is a line of fixed-configuration, enterprise-class switches that include IEEE 802.3af and Cisco pre-standard Power over Ethernet (PoE) functionality in Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet configurations.
		QOS (Quality of Service) is implemented on both the routers, this basically prioritize the bandwidth in preference of Data and Voice.

Internet Speed

We have a bonded T1 lines with bandwith of 3MB and T1 lines with bandwidth of 2MB on the India side

Polycom VSX 7000

The VSX 7000 has everything needed for essential video conferencing and offers flexibility and expandability in offering users the option to add additional displays, microphones, speakers, ISDN network modules and more.

We have Video conferencing facility setup in our BPO office and also the training centers in India and Canada with plans to set them up in Chicago and San Jose. Servers

Database servers are in USA office. Backup is scheduled regularly. Security and user access permissions are controlled by System administrator in USA. Internal ftp and intranet are used for file transfers.
