Job Title: Senior Unix Administrator

Job Description: Administering Unix Operating System of Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, and AIX environment. Designing, developing, and deploying Unix systems in a production environment. Managing Sun entry-level and midrange hardware, Veritas Volume Manager, Veritas NetBackup, Veritas File System, Legato Backups, EMC and Sun SAN storage. Providing database administration and backup services of Oracle, Informix, and Sybase. Supporting datacenter database backup using Informix on-bar, Oracle RMAN, Unix, Linux, HP-UX, and Windows server using NetBackup and Legato tool. Troubleshooting network, hosting security procedures, and managing Storage Are Network (SAN) of large datacenter.

Job Requirements:

1)   Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar quantitative field; (OR)

2)   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar quantitative field + 5 years progressively responsible experience.
